How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Around 2 weeks after art approval.
Tracking numbers take up to 7-10 days to generate after you approve your art. If you still don’t get tracking at that time, send us an email!

Do multiple items ship separately?
Yes. Some of them might! We work with different print partners to ensure that you get the best products and get them quickly.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship to the US. But we may also ship to other countries in the future.
Can I preview my art ?
Absolutely! You can preview your art before they are fulfilled. We will send you an email after our artists have finished working on your art. You can preview your art and request changes until you are happy. After you have approved the art, it will be sent to production. No changes will be allowed after the art is sent to production.
Will I receive an order confirmation email after the purchase?
Yes. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase. It will include your order summary.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation email after the order is shipped?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase. Tracking number of your order will be included. You will receive the email 7-10 days after you have approved the art. If you don’t get tracking at that time, send us an email!
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to edit or cancel your order within 4 hours of the purchase. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number.
Please remember, order editing or canceling is only available within the first 4 hours of the purchase. Anything after 4 hours is not allowed. Once you have canceled an order, you will receive a refund. The refund may take up to 5-10 days to appear in your account.
Can I change my pet's photo?
If you change your mind about your photo, you have the option to change your photo within 4 hours of the purchase. Please send us an email at email@example.com and tell us your order number.
Please note that if the photo you uploaded to our site is too dark or blurred, we will reach out to you and ask for a better one.

More than anything we want you be satisfied with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look good or feel right, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that because of the nature of our custom products, we cannot do refunds. However, we’ll work with you to make the situation right, even if that means sending you a new product.
